H-Reservation agrees:


To provide Information Technology services to the Licensee such that the Licensee's product may be booked online over the Internet by third party customers ("Customers").


That the Customer's credit card will be debited for the service fee amount upon the booking, 


  1.   the hotels authorize  H-Reservation to receive money for the 1st night if the clien not turn up on the check in time.
  2.   all conditions and terms which will be applicable to check if the client really hasn't come to the hotel; a way that the hotel will report to H-Reservation about the "no-show" case and any proof;
  3.   liabilities and right in relation to the disputes between the hotels and clients in case of "no-show"; etc




To promote the Licensee's product on some or all of its websites and through its network of affiliates.



The Licensee Agrees:


To make sufficient product available to H-Reservation such that visitors to H-Reservation sites will have product available for purchase.


To honour all bookings made through the H-Reservation network. This includes especially bookings made for special event periods.


To perform checks as necessary to ensure that all bookings taken by H-Reservation are processed correctly such that the Customer receives the product purchased.


That the service fee retained by H-Reservation (the service fee  17%) will equal the charge for the IT services provided by the company .and that no further monies will be collected from H-Reservation.


The service fee  retained by H-Reservation will be  20%.


The service  excludes value added tax (charged at the applicable rate) which the Licensee will reimburse to Hostelconnections . Where applicable, value added tax will be invoiced on a bi-monthly basis. This is only applicable to Licensees in uk.


That in the event of the Licensee not honouring any booking, the Licensee shall find an equivalent product for the Customer without recourse to H-Reservation.


To charge the Customer the balance only upon arrival, the balance being the difference between the full price quoted on the internet and the service fee  retained by H-Reservation.


To charge the Customer, at the Licensee's discretion, only in respect of the first night's stay in the event of a failure of the Customer to arrive.


That the Licensee is responsible for updating and maintaining the pricing for its product through the H-Reservation Inbox and that the Licensee is responsible for any data entry errors which may arise in respect of pricing. This includes ensuring that correct pricing and availability is displayed for special event periods.


That H-Reservation  has no responsibility to the Customer for the making of bookings and that bookings are agreements between the visitor and the accommodation provider and that the Licensee shall indemnify H-Reservation in respect of loss and damage arising from any Customer claims.

The Information Technology services are provided by H-Reservation on an 'as is' basis. H-Reservation makes no representations, warranties or undertakings with respect to the services provided under this agreement. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, all representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are hereby excluded, including without limitation warranties as to quality or fitness for a particular purpose.


H-Reservation shall have no liability to the Licensee for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to loss of data, income, profit or opportunity and third party claims, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.


Content provided by Licensee


The Licensee warrants that (i) any content which relates to the Licensee's product (including information, reviews and photographs) provided to H-Reservation by the Licensee (the "Content") is owned by the Licensee; and (ii) the Content is true and accurate and not misleading.


The Licensee hereby grants H-Reservation (and any sub-licensee of H-Reservation) a royalty free licence to use the Content.


The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold H-Reservation and its sub-licensees harmless in respect of any claim by any third party arising from the use of the Content by H-Reservation or its sublicenseessub licensees.


Termination of the Agreement


Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.


Any outstanding bookings must be honoured by the Licensee notwithstanding termination of this agreement.


The Licensee undertakes on termination of this agreement to cease using and to refrain from further use of any software or service provided by H-Reservation.


H-Reservation reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect in the event either:


the Licensee's average rating by Customers on any of H-Reservation websites falling below 50% (fifty percent); or


failure by the Licensee to comply with the terms of this agreement.



This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of uk, and H-Reservation and the Licensee agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the England  courts.


This agreement is personal to the Licensee and may not be assigned, sub-contracted or otherwise transferred in whole or in part without H-Reservation prior written consent. H-Reservation and the Licensee are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement shall render them partners, joint venturers or principal and agent. 


Making and Cancelling a Reservation

2.1 On making a RESERVATION, you will be required to pay a deposit (being a part payment towards the total value of your Reservation) which we collect for and on behalf of the travel services provider and which will always be non-refundable unless:

(a) the Standard Flexible Reservation option is available and you choose to select it, in which case the deposit will be credited back to your H-Reservation account if you cancel your booking in certain circumstances (see below for more details); or

(b) the Free Cancellation Reservation option is available and you choose to select it, in which case the deposit will be refunded back to your chosen method of payment if you cancel your Reservation within the specified time period (see below for more details

You may also be required to pay a flat booking fee for use of the H-Reservation when a Reservation is made with a travel services provider. Where we charge a Reservation fee, it is non-refundable in all circumstances. We do not act as your agent and the Reservation fee is payable for use of the H-Reservation Sites and is separate from any deposit payable to the travel services provider.

Save as set out in the Reservation Conditions, or the travel service provider’s terms and conditions, you will be responsible to the travel services provider on arrival for payment of the balance of the cost of the booking made by you, together with any other payments for any additional services subsequently agreed with the travel services provider and, where applicable, payment of the travel services provider's service charges and taxes, pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by such travel services provider.

2.2 You must use a credit card or debit card to guarantee a Reservation. By making a Reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree to accept the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the travel services provider as set out in its terms and conditions. In the event that you cancel your Reservation outside the permitted time-frame specified in the travel service provider’s terms and conditions or in the case of Free Cancellation Reservation the time-frame specified on the H-Reservation Site at the time of Making Reservation (or you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in time), you authorise the travel services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding the charge for one night's stay (in the case of accommodation) or such other amount as may be set out in the travel service provider's terms and conditions. Please note that there will be no additional charges for cancellations or no-shows in respect of Non-Refundable Reservation, but you will not be refunded the cost of any part of your Reservation in such circumstances.

2.3 Your non-arrival by the agreed check-in time may result in the cancellation of your entire Reservation. Any amendments to your Reservation must be notified to and agreed with the travel services provider directly (but no refund of all or any part of the deposit will be made). Please note it is not possible to amend Non-Refundable Reservation. In making a booking, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the travel services provider any requirements or special facilities that you or a member of your party may need as a result of any medical conditions.

2.4 When a Reservation is confirmed we will issue the Reservation confirmation on behalf of the travel services provider for each Reservation made , but will not provide information about any charges for additional services. We will endeavour to ensure that the Reservation confirmation includes details of all taxes charged by the travel services provider, in relation to which please see clause 8.9 below. We strongly recommend you check and confirm with the travel services provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the travel services provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the Reservation confirmation. The reference numbers included on the Reservation confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the Reservation.

2.5 You may cancel your Reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy of the provider as disclosed on the Reservation confirmation and detailed property description page; this is normally at least 24 hours before your agreed check-in date. Please cancel by accessing the cancellation function available on the HostelsConnections Website by sending an email to . For details regarding the cancellation of Free Cancellation Reservation, please see below.

2.6 If you choose the Standard Flexible Reservation option when making your Reservation  (where it is available) you will be charged a small fee and, in return, if you later decide to cancel your Reservation, your deposit will be credited back to your H-Reservation account in Pound or Euros  (provided you have given the period of notice required by the travel services provider, for which please see its terms) and you will be able to re-use that credit amount for future Non-Refundable and Standard Flexible Reservation  on our site for a period of 6 months on and from the cancellation date. Where you originally paid your deposit in a currency other than Euro or pound, we will convert the booking deposit amount into Euro or pound or dolard using H-Reservation standard exchange rates for the purpose of crediting it to your H-Reservation account. Your booking fee is non-refundable

2.7 If you make a Non-Flexible Booking and you cancel your Reservation then, regardless of how much notice you give, deposits and booking fees will be non-refundable. Non-Flexible Reservation customers should note that, even though your deposit and Reservation fee will be non-refundable in any event, you must give the amount of notice stipulated by the travel services provider in its cancellation policy, in order to avoid being charged an additional payment for a "no show" (see clause 2.2 above).

2.8 Where you select Standard Flexible Reservation (where it is available) for your Reservation, the following provisions will apply:

(a) Your deposit will only be credited back where:

(i) you have given the amount of notice for your cancellation that is required by the travel services provider in its Terms and Conditions and, in any event, you have given no less than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled check-in date;

(ii) you have processed your cancellation online through the cancellation function available on the H-Reservation websites by sending email to; and

(iii) you have cancelled your full booking (partial cancellations, such as cancellations of 1 night of a 2-night stay, are not protected by cancellation protection).

(b) Your cancellation credit will be applied to the account which is linked in our records to the email address that was used to process the initial Reservation. Credit cannot be applied to an account that does not relate to the Reservation email address.

(c) Cancellation credit must be used within 6 months of the cancellation date, after which it is forfeited. Credit will not be applied to your account in respect of cancellations made by telephone .

(d) In order to use your cancellation credit, simply go to and make a Non-Refundable or Standard Flexible Reservations  using the same email address by sending an email to us. Your credit will be automatically applied to your Reservation  once you confirm the reservation.

(e) Credit may only be used once. Where you cancel any subsequent Reservation, you must have selected the Standard Flexible Reservation option for those Reservations in order for your deposit(s) to be protected and credited back to your account.

(f) Cancellation credit only applies to deposits for accommodation bookingsReservation; it cannot be used in respect of other charges levied via the H-Reservation - e.g. Reservation fees or other purchases.

(g) In the event of a no-show without cancellation (or where insufficient notice is given of a cancellation in accordance with these and/or the travel services provider's terms and conditions) all deposits, including deposits paid through the Standard Flexible Reservation option, will be non-refundable and the travel services provider will have the right to charge your credit card on the basis set out in clause 2.2. (above).

(h) Standard Flexible Reservation credit cannot be applied against a Free Cancellation Reservation.

2.9 Where you make a Free Cancellation Reservation, the following provisions will apply:

(a) If you cancel your Reservationg prior to the time and date notified to you as part of the Reservation process, and as set out in your Reservation confirmation, your deposit payment will be refunded to the payment method you used to make your Reservation.

(b) Your refund will be processed in the original currency that you used to pay the deposit. For example, if you paid the deposit in US dollars the deposit will be refunded in US dollars. The Travel Services Provider and H-Reservation are not responsible for the exchange rate imposed by your payment service provider, or any charges that they may apply to convert the refunded amount into your local currency.

(c) In order to claim the refund, you must process your cancellation online through the cancellation function available on the via emailling to us by sending to

(d) If it is not possible to refund your deposit using the payment method you used at the time of Reservation (e.g. because your card has expired), H-Reservation customer services department will contact you to arrange a refund by bank transfer. If you do not provide details of a valid bank account within 30 days of the request to provide such details, you will forfeit your right to receive a refund of your deposit.

(e) It is only possible to receive a refund of your deposit if you cancel your full booking (partial cancellations, such as cancellations of 1 night of a 2 night stay, will not result in a refund of any portion of your deposit).

(f) For the avoidance of doubt, we refund your deposit on behalf of the relevant travel services provider as their agent.

2.10 The deposit and the booking fee that you pay will be payable in the currency that you select as your "settlement currency" when making your Reservation  Where the accommodation price was uploaded by the travel services provider in a different currency, the deposit amount that you will be charged in your settlement currency will be calculated by converting the deposit price into your settlement currency using H-Reservation  standard exchange rates.
